Update 15.0 is a group exhibition of eleven artists at Dastan's +2 Fereshteh space in Tehran, on view in Gallery 2 from 16 October to 6 November 2026. The gallery presents it as a single installation of paintings on canvas and cardboard, paper collage, a canvas worked in coloured yarn and a small bronze. The artists are Ashkan Abdoli, Mohsen Alverdili, Seroj Barseghian, Ali Beheshti, Mohsen Fouladpour, the Ghasemi Brothers, Mirza Hamid, Nasrin Maleksabet, Ashkan Sanei, Salé Sharifi and Nasim Shoja.

Dastan draws the group from two circles: artists it has shown before, and artists it means to work with in future. The show is framed as a progress report on what each of them is making now, whether finished, under way or still to come. Nearly every work on the list dates from 2025 or 2026, and most are untitled.

Ali Beheshti shows four untitled works from 2025, made by applying laser and direct heat to painted surfaces of automotive paint, acrylic, ink, charcoal and conté. Mirza Hamid, who has painted more than 500 murals anonymously over the past decade, brings two large canvases in natural lapis lazuli pigment and a bronze. Ashkan Sanei glues paper fragments, tissue and thin coloured Pakistani paper onto cardboard in three works, among them Sunset, 2026, and Lahore, 2025. Nasrin Maleksabet works in coloured yarn on canvas.

Painting accounts for the rest. Seroj Barseghian, born in Isfahan in 1953 and occupied since 2003 with the physics of colour and waves, shows an acrylic on canvas from 2020. Ashkan Abdoli paints in oil on canvas and on cardboard, and Mohsen Alverdili uses mixed media on cardboard. The Ghasemi Brothers, a collective of three, show an acrylic on canvas measuring 200 by 160 cm. Salé Sharifi's Now, 2026, is an acrylic on canvas of 175 by 235 cm, and Nasim Shoja shows an oil on canvas.
