Using Artmena
Artmena is a platform for discovering contemporary art, exhibitions and artists across the Arab region, and for making inquiries on available works. By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse accounts, listings or the inquiry system.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Artists and galleries are responsible for the content they publish about themselves and their works.
Inquiries and sales
Reserving or inquiring on a work sends your details to the gallery that holds it. Artmena facilitates the introduction; any sale, payment and delivery is arranged directly between you and the gallery. No payment is taken on the platform.
Content
Images and text remain the property of their respective owners. Editorial content is published by the Artmena editorial team.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
