Zamalek Art Gallery

Based in Zamalek, Cairo, Zamalek Art Gallery has been a hub of modern and contemporary Egyptian art since 1999. It aims to represent pioneering artists from Egypt and the wider Arab region while supporting promising emerging artists.

The gallery opened Venue I at 11 Brazil Street in 2000, added Venue II in 2014 and Venue III in 2020, allowing it to run simultaneous shows for established and emerging artists. It also advises private and institutional collectors in Egypt and abroad, and has organised exhibitions beyond its walls, including at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Mahmoud Mokhtar Museum and Art Dubai.
