About
Art On Istanbul is a gallery for contemporary art on Piyalepaşa Boulevard in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. It was founded by the collectors Oktay and Nil Duran in 2011, and the Durans still appear as founders on the gallery's team page. The gallery represents artists, announces new representations on its Instagram account, and presents its artists at Contemporary Istanbul and other fairs.
The programme mixes solo exhibitions with group formats. Group shows titled Selection bring the roster together, and the Crossroads series, which has reached its ninth edition, brings many artists together in one group show. A Crossroads Digital edition took place in 2025. The gallery also runs projects with outside partners, among them LG OLED and Atelier Rebul. Its schedule runs into 2027, with solo exhibitions by Umit Turgay Durgun, Erdal İnci and Irfan Onurmen.
