Hidden/Hiding is a solo exhibition of black and white photographs by Abdallah Bouhamidi at the Espace Rivages in Rabat. It runs from 15 October to 12 November 2026. The Fondation Hassan II pour les Marocains Résidant à l'Étranger organises the show, which opened on 15 October at 6.30pm with the artist present.

The series is made entirely in monochrome and turns its lens on the city. Its subject is the line between what can be seen and what stays out of view. The title pairs two close ideas: something that is hidden, and the act of hiding oneself. The foundation presents that distinction as the starting point of the work. Each image asks the viewer to weigh what a photograph shows against what it holds back.

Bouhamidi was born in Azrou in 1946. He has lived in Errachidia, Azrou, Aït Hadiddou and Paris, and has been settled in Vienna for sixteen years. A clinical psychologist, he directed child protection institutions from 1976 to 2010. He has photographed since 1970. He is also a long distance cyclist, with three rides from Vienna to Tangier among his journeys.

The Espace Rivages opened in March 2016 at the foundation's headquarters in Agdal. It was created so that Moroccan artists living abroad could show their work in Morocco.
