About
Shirin Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in Tehran, founded in 2005. It describes itself as a platform for curatorial and educational work that aims to build cultural exchange across borders. Its programme presents emerging and established artists from Iran.
A second space opened in the Chelsea district of New York in 2013; the gallery's website lists it as temporarily closed. The Tehran space, on 13th Street off Sanaee Street near Karimkhan Zand Avenue, includes a gift shop and distributes artist's books exclusive to the gallery. Shirin Gallery has taken part in fairs including Abu Dhabi Art in 2021 and Tehran Art Fair in 2025.
