Fabric of Time / 2

Fabric of Time / 2 is a group exhibition of three artists based in Lebanon, Fadi Al-Melhem, Yasmina Hilal and Ieva Saudargaitė Douaihi, at Difaf Gallery in the Jacaranda Building, Mar Mikhael, Beirut, from 9 September to 4 October 2026. Curated by Marie-Mathilde Jaber, it is presented by no/mad utopia in collaboration with Difaf Gallery and opens on 9 September at 6pm.

The exhibition is the second chapter of a project that began in Cairo. Fabric of Time, with the Egyptian artists Fatma Abodoma, Sara AlFazayry and Ahmed Lesi, was shown at Difaf Gallery in Zamalek from 16 June to 16 July 2026, and then travelled to Beirut, where both chapters are shown over the same dates. According to the organisers, the second chapter "extends its reflection on time, memory, identity, and the persistence of the past through new artistic practices." The presentation also includes threshold, by Johanne Allard.

The exhibition is open from 11am to 9pm.
