Boundless Geometry: Selected Works by Rana Begum from The Farjam Collection is a display at The Farjam Foundation in DIFC, Dubai. It presents the London-based artist Rana Begum. Curated by Lisa A. Farjam, it runs from 13 May to 15 November 2026.

All the works come from The Farjam Collection. The foundation names painted steel, mirrored stainless steel, resin and fishing net among Begum's materials. It describes a practice that moves between sculpture, painting and installation. "Suspended mesh installations appear weightless, reflective surfaces fragment and refract colour across space, and sculptural forms dissolve into shadow and light," the foundation writes. It also names abstraction, architecture and Islamic geometry as the visual traditions her practice draws on.

Rana Begum was born in Sylhet, Bangladesh, in 1977 and lives and works in London. She holds a BA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and Design. Her MFA in Painting is from the Slade School of Fine Art. Her first museum solo exhibition, Space Light Colour, opened at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, Norwich, in 2017. Her work is in collections including the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, and the Arts Council Collection, UK.
