Ras Al Khaimah Art
Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, established 2013
The arts platform of the Al Qasimi Foundation in Ras Al Khaimah, running a festival, grants and residencies.

About
Ras Al Khaimah Art is the arts platform of the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research. The foundation, a non-profit body created by Emiri decree in 2009, started its art festival in 2013. The festival began as a gathering of 30 emerging local artists under the name Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festival and took its present name in 2024.
Beyond the annual festival at Al Jazeera Al Hamra Heritage Village, the platform runs grants, masterclasses and workshops through the year. Its Artist Residency Grants fund six-month stays for local and international artists, which end in an exhibition and a shared public artwork. Film Grants of up to AED 35,000 back short films about Ras Al Khaimah, and the results are screened at the next festival.
The foundation's Studio & Gallery lends free exhibition space to artists and collectors for shows of one to two weeks, with public workshops that are mostly free. The festival director is Suqrat bin Bisher.
