About
Manarat Al Saadiyat opened in 2009 as an exhibition centre in the Saadiyat Cultural District of Abu Dhabi and is now a community arts venue. It houses a Photography Studio, an Art Studio, three galleries for temporary exhibitions, a 250-seat auditorium and a 100-seat theatre, and is the main location for the Abu Dhabi Art fair.
Its programme includes exhibitions by UAE and international artists, film screenings, talks and workshops. The Photography Studio runs the Spectrum photographers' residency, now in its fourth cohort, and the Al Qomra photography meet-ups, and has shown community photography exhibitions since 2023.
