Fondation TGCC

Fondation TGCC was set up in Casablanca in 2017 to support contemporary art and access to culture. It works through its art space, Artorium, through charity actions and through the Prix Mustaqbal, a competition for young artists launched in 2021.

Artorium opened in November 2017 in the Oasis district. It hosts group and solo exhibitions, talks and workshops, including workshops for children. Past shows include a presentation of the Fondation TGCC Collection, an exhibition on women in art and a return exhibition by the painter Saad Hassani.

The space is laid out over two floors. Its walls take both large and small works, and a set of niches is fitted out anew for each exhibition. A conference area seats more than a hundred people, and there is a library and a cafeteria.
