Zilberman Istanbul

Zilberman is a gallery founded in Istanbul in 2008. It opened a second gallery in Berlin in 2016. It describes its aim as building transnational platforms for artists, and its annual programme includes emerging and mid-career artists.

The Istanbul address is in the Mısır Apartmanı on İstiklal Avenue in Beyoğlu, an art nouveau building. It includes a main exhibition space and a second space called Dialogues, on a different floor.

Alongside exhibitions the gallery organises artist talks, residencies in Istanbul and Berlin, and other public programmes. Each season closes with Young Fresh Different, an exhibition of young artists picked by an independent jury from a nationwide open call.
