Moroccan artist Mohamed Chabâa was born in Tangier in 1935 and died in 2013. He trained at the School of Fine Arts in Tetouan and at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, and from 1966 taught at the School of Fine Arts of Casablanca and the National School of Architecture in Rabat.
