Khuzama AbuJoudeh

Khuzama AbuJoudeh (also written Khuzamah Abujoudeh) is a Jordanian artist born in 1985 who works mainly in ceramics. Her practice combines close craft control of clay, firing and glazing with a reflection on renewal, fragility and endurance. She works across raw ceramic with pigments and oxides and glazed ceramic, and often lets cracks that form in the kiln remain as expressive parts of the work.
