Jamil Molaeb

Born in Lebanon in 1948, Jamil Molaeb holds a master's degree from Pratt Institute in New York and a PhD in Art Education from Ohio University. He taught art at the Lebanese American University and the Lebanese University, and has exhibited since 1966 in Lebanon, Algeria, Switzerland and the United States, among other countries. He lives and works in Baissour. He has published five books, most recently "New York, New York, 1984 to 2015" with Galerie Janine Rubeiz in 2016.
